My paper, “Biophysically defined and cytocompatible covalently adaptable networks as viscoelastic 3D cell culture systems,” accepted for publication in Advanced Materials

This paper has been in revision for what feels like months and it was finally accepted in Advanced Materials. This is an enormous accomplishment for me to get my work into such a high-impact journal. In the paper I detail the assembly of a step-growth PEG hydrogel crosslinked through reversible hydrazone bonds. These dynamic crosslinks allow the cell spreading seen in the left two and right image below, while gels will less dynamic crosslinks confine the cells to a spherical morphology. Once the paper is in press, I will follow up with more details and download link to the PDF file.
